Koye Alaba has worked in Nigeria’s clean energy sector for nearly a decade, specializing in renewable energy project finance and development, transaction advisory, financial modeling, market sizing, and financial due diligence. As Chief Financial Analyst at GreenMax, Koye conducts financial modeling, research, and analysis to support the Consulting, Transaction Advisory, and Fund Management Groups. He is also supporting the launch of the Green-for-Access First Loss Facility (G4A), a new risk mitigation platform that partners with local financial institutions in Africa to facilitate local currency lending for energy access.

Koye is a licensed Project Management Professional and holds a Certificate in Climate and Renewable Energy Finance from the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management. Koye has a M.Sc. in Technical Entrepreneurship and Management from the University of Rochester in New York and a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from the University of Lagos, Nigeria. He is fluent in English and Yoruba.
