Catherine Teya is serving as the Legal Expert on the GreenMax team designing the World Bank-funded PARSE energy access fund in the Central African Republic, which will provide grants for standalone solar and productive use of energy solutions in the country. Catherine is a French-Central African lawyer with over 10 years of experience specializing in OHADA law. She previously worked as a senior legal consultant at Deloitte and as an in-house lawyer managing international commercial contracts for a firm in London.

Catherine holds an LL.M. in International Business Law from City Law School, City University, London and an M.A. in International Relations from Middlesex University, London. She is fluent in French and English.
