Marius Gnalis-Rafaï is an RBF analyst on the GreenMax team designing the World Bank-funded PARSE energy access fund in the Central African Republic, which will provide grants for standalone solar and productive use of energy solutions in the country. Marius has 15 years of experience in the Central African Republic, working in the fields of banking, finance, microfinance, research, audit, entrepreneurship and financial inclusion.
Marius holds a master’s degree in project management from the International Institute of Management in Bangui and a graduate certificate in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Boston University in the US. He is fluent in French, English and Sango.
