Alexandra Ekpiken is a seasoned executive in sustainable finance, private equity, and blended capital structuring, with over 15 years of experience leading investment strategy, fund formation, and cross-sector partnerships across Africa and global markets.

Prior to joining GreenMax, she served as Head of Partnerships and Innovative Financing at Nithio Finance, where she led the development of a new Commercial & Industrial (C&I) fund and spearheaded investor engagement strategies. She previously served as Head of Impact Investing at Enko Capital and was a Partner and Co-founder at Delphcap, a London-based advisory boutique specializing in sustainable and impact investment. Earlier in her career, Alexandra held multiple leadership roles at Verod Capital, including Vice President and General Counsel, where she helped structure and raise Verod’s first two private equity funds. Her work at Verod also encompassed deal origination, ESG integration, sustainability strategy, and investor relations.

Alexandra holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, an LLM from Harvard Law School, and an LLB in Law and Policy from Keele University in the UK. She is qualified to practice law in both New York and England & Wales.
