Andres Roi has over 30 years of experience in project development, consulting, finance and capital structuring for the real estate, environmental, energy and agriculture sectors. Andres is GreenMax’s Regional Director for Latin America and the Caribbean. In this capacity, he provides advisory services on renewable energy projects and investments and leads consulting assignments for GreenMax across the region. Andres led the design of green energy funds in Colombia for the Global Green Growth Institute and in Chile for the IFC. He has also supported GreenMax’s update of the World Bank Regulatory Indicators for Sustainable Energy (RISE) index for multiple South American countries.

Andres is also Director of CRE-Invest, a company that specializes in capital structuring and investments in various sectors, and of ROI & ASOC, a company focused on the development of real estate projects, consulting and design.

Andres holds an M.B.A. from Adolfo Ibañez University in Chile, a M.Sc. in Architecture and Urban Design from Washington University of St. Louis, USA, and a B.Sc. in Architecture from Catholic University in Chile. He is fluent in English, Spanish and German.
