Emily Lundberg has over a decade of experience in communications, management, international development and energy. As Communications Manager at GreenMax, she mainly supports the Consulting Group in Business Development and Project Management roles.

Prior to joining GreenMax, Emily was the Chief Operating Officer of Water Charity, a nonprofit organization dedicated to clean water access and improved sanitation. In this capacity, she led the Water for Everyone initiative, which successfully funded and completed over 6,000 water, sanitation and public health projects in 78 countries, benefiting more than 7 million people. Emily previously served as the Director of Marketing and Communications at Cleantech Open, an international business accelerator for environmental tech entrepreneurs. She also supports GambiaRising, a small nonprofit that provides scholarships and financial assistance to students in The Gambia, and is a Board Member for Solar Richmond, a nonprofit providing solar industry training to residents and youth.

Emily holds a Ph.D. in Communications and International Development from Columbia University in New York, an M.A. in Communications and Journalism from the University of Texas at Austin, and a B.A. in English Literature from Vassar College.
