Jacek Kostrzewa has more than 30 years of sustainable energy experience in Central and Eastern Europe. Jacek supervises GreenMax’s consulting activities throughout Europe, including in the Western Balkans, where he is leading an engagement with EBRD to develop a pipeline of municipal energy efficiency projects in six countries across the region. Throughout his career, Jacek has managed more than a dozen international technical assistance programs, primarily focused on developing the residential energy efficiency sector in Central and Eastern Europe.

Jacek holds a M.Sc. in Environmental Engineering from Technical University of Warsaw, Poland, and an M.B.A. from the Romanian–American Business School of the University of Washington and the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest, Romania. He is fluent in English, Polish and German and speaks French, Romanian and Russian.
