In 2013, GreenMax was retained by the World Bank to develop a menu of policy options by which national and local governments in Poland can facilitate energy efficiency investments in residential buildings for lower income groups. The GreenMax team worked with the Polish government to identify constraints it faced providing supportive policies to low-income groups.
