Home Energy Africa (HEA) is a developer of renewable energy projects in West Africa.  Its inaugural project is a 100 MW solar PV project under development in northwest Ghana. In 2014, GreenMax was retained as financial advisor and project development manager to HEA for development and implementation of the project. GreenMax provided HEA with strategic and business planning services to help secure financing for project development activities. In 2015, the GreenMax team completed a competitive solicitation process to secure an investment partner for the 100 MW solar project. We also completed the Interconnection Agreement negotiations with the TSO, GridCo, and final negotiations of the PPA with the Electricity Company of Ghana.
