Vitalite Group is a PAYGO solar provider active in Zambia, Malawi and Senegal. With advisory support from GreenMax, Vitalite Group has recently been formed to bring the separate operating companies of Vitalite in Zambia, Malawi and Senegal under a single corporate umbrella. 

In 2021, GreenMax was retained by Vitalite to prepare the company for the execution of a USD 10M combined equity and debt raise. Our team reworked the financial projections for each of the subsidiary entities, developed an Investment Presentation and prepared a solicitation for both debt and equity. We have also closed tranches of debt, secured investment in quasi-equity instruments, and are securing strategic partnerships for the company in its various markets of operation.
