Lukas Grüner is an experienced transaction advisor and senior consultant with over two decades of expertise in financial advisory, investor readiness, and transaction structuring in East Africa. He is the former CFO of a solar home systems company in Uganda with a proven track record in supporting businesses in the renewable energy and agricultural sectors to access growth capital, optimize financial management, and navigate due diligence processes. He has extensive experience working with international funds, development programs, and private sector clients to enhance investment readiness and drive sustainable business growth. Lukas holds a Ph.D. in Social and Economic Science from Johannes Kepler University in Austria and a M.Sc. in IT and Business Administration from Technical University of Vienna, Austria. He is fluent in English and German
