Stephen Casey is a senior finance professional with over 20 years of experience in international, energy and technology businesses. His expertise includes financial strategy, reporting, working capital, accounting systems, corporate transactions, tax, fundraising, and commercial, corporate and contract negotiations.
Stephen is the CFO of GreenMax as well as the Director of Tax Advisory. He has advised international investors on tax structuring of renewable energy investments in Sierra Leone and Zambia and business operations in Kenya and Nigeria.
Stephen holds an LL.M. in International Commercial Law from Griffith College, Ireland, an LL.M. in Tax Law from Georgetown University Law School, USA, an Advanced Diploma in Corporate Finance from University College, Ireland, and an M.B.A. in Finance from the same institution. He is fluent in English.
